HEADWATERS SPRING RUN OFF 2010

This past weekend marked the 5th annual Moonlight Basin Spring Run Off hike and ski. For those of you not privy to the excitement of the Headwaters Barf and Huck, here’s a little run down on what you missed out on. The Spring Run Off is a blend of fitness, the hike, and pure moxie, the ski. Athletes young and old begin the event by sprinting up a pre set boot pack that begins at the top of the Six Shooter and finishes at the top of the Headwaters lift. Stage 2 of the race is a harrowing decent off the Headwaters ridge, skiers and boarders do their best to impress the judges and audience
