Fair Trade Fair in Big Sky Chapel
Each Sunday during Advent - November 28, December 6, 13, and 20th - All Saints in Big Sky will sponsor a Fair Trade Fair in the Big Sky Chapel’s lower level. All products sold at the fair are handmade by artisans and farmers from 35 countries around the world. Each purchase directly supports the artisans and farmers who make these items. Lutheran World Relief receives 7.5% of each purchase to support its mission and ministry. Besides gift items, jewelry, children’s toys, and Christmas ornaments, fair trade coffee, tea, chocolate, olive oil, jam, marmalade, and chutney will be sold. Donations will be collected to provide mosquito nets for families in malaria-prone areas around the world through Episcopal Relief and Development’s Nets for Life initiative. The fair will be open before and after all three services at the Big Sky Chapel and also will be a participant at the Christmas Stroll on December 11th. All are welcome to shop for holiday presents.
